We collect and process your identification data (name, first name, job title, organisation/company and email address) when you register to our contact form and dissemination list, aiming to receive our public communications (press releases, event invitations, newsletters, reports).
Your name, first name and email address are collected to send you the communications. Your job title and organisation are collected so as to address you the press releases or other communication tools that would be best adapted to your needs.

When you register, we gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies including clear gifs. We will store those data for a duration of one year starting on 1st January of the year following the one during which your request was made. This duration aims at having history of the case in case the data subject comes back with further request. Further, all our emails are archived for audit purposes for the duration of our audit obligations.
